At the heart of our gym is a team of expert trainers who live and breathe fitness. Each one brings their own energy, skill set and passion to help you push past your limits. Think of them as your teammates, here to keep you motivated, moving, and feeling your best.

Luan

I am a former marathon-running lawyer who turned her passion for fitness into her profession 20 years ago.
 
With a continually growing range of qualifications under my belt, I offer a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, helping my clients fine tune their entire lifestyle to optimise their results.
With a background in running and endurance events (Ironman triathlon, marathon swimming, ultra-distance running), I have helped many clients attain their athletic potential, with personal bests in terms of distances and times, but I also specialise in the older and less able.
 
As an older female, and having had female health issues myself, I have an appreciation of how an older body responds differently to exercise. I work with a lot of middle-aged and older clients and a number of individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities and always aim to work with them from where they are towards their fuller potential.

Hello! I’m Michael. Thank you for taking a moment to read my PT profile. I’m a fully qualified PT with a Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training. I specialise in fat loss and muscle gain.
With over 3 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I have never been more enthusiastic about working with clients and helping people improve themselves. I take great joy in seeing people reach their goals and achieving what they never thought was possible.

I’m a L3 personal trainer specialising in muscle building and sustainable weight loss. I run group classes every weekend and offer both 1-1 personal training and online coaching.
I work with clients at all stages of their fitness journey, delivering tailored support to help them build real and lasting results.
Outside of the gym, I’m addicted to playing padel and currently preparing for my first bodybuilding competition next year.
