I began my fitness journey in the British Army’s Parachute Regiment, where I learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and pushing past limits.
The intense training built not only my physical strength, but also the mental toughness I now pass on to my clients.
Since 2024, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people transform their bodies and minds — specialising in pushing past limits, weight loss, muscle building and strength building.
Through my business, Focused Atma, I combine military discipline with a holistic approach that helps you connect with your mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to guide you towards becoming the strongest version of yourself — inside and out.
